No payment now. No card needed.
After a year you can renew updates for $49/year
You pay for:
- New features
- Interface changes

- Support for new CLIs
Or don't pay — Buzzpot keeps working and keeps getting fixes.
- Providers change their API, flags, output format — I fix it
- A provider ships a new model — it shows up in your version
- A provider replaces its CLI with a new one — I move over to it
- A new macOS comes out — I fix it
- A bug turns up — I fix it
Who makes Buzzpot?
Just me for now. I use it every day on my own products. I answer email myself, usually within a couple of days.
What happens if I don't renew?
Nothing. Buzzpot stays on your machine, keeps working, and keeps getting fixes. You just won't see anything new.
What if you stop working on it?
That happens a lot in this category, so it's a fair question. If I ever stop developing it, I'll remove the sign-in and open source the code, so Buzzpot doesn't depend on me and anyone can keep it alive. That's in the license, not just a promise on a page.
How many machines per license?
Up to three of your own.
