1. In the app
- Open Settings → Account and click Delete account.
- We'll email you a link. Open it within 24 hours.
- On the page that opens, confirm the deletion.
Your account is deleted right away. Your Macs are signed out the next time they connect.
2. By email
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address of your account, with the subject Delete my Buzzpot account. We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
3. What's deleted
- your account and email address,
- all your Macs and phones, and their sessions,
- notification subscriptions,
- sign-in codes and phone pairing links.
4. What stays
- Backups — for up to 30 days, then overwritten.
- Data on your Mac. Deleting the account doesn't touch your Mac. To remove Buzzpot's data, quit Buzzpot and delete the folder
~/Library/Application Support/Buzzpot. Your projects and your agent tools' own data (for example~/.claude,~/.codex,~/.grok) are separate and stay where they are. - Beta list. If you joined it, unsubscribe from any email we sent, or ask us.
5. Your access
Deleting your account ends your access on all devices. You can create a new account later with the same email.
